If you’ve ever thought, “I’d love to try the gym, but I wouldn’t know where to start,”—this one’s for you.
Our Fundamentals Course is designed for total beginners who want to get fitter, stronger, and more confident—without the guesswork, the jargon, or the fear of walking into a gym full of people who “already know what they’re doing.” Spoiler: nobody knew what they were doing at first.
What is the Fundamentals Course?
Over 4 weeks, you’ll train once a week (Wednesday evenings, 7–8pm) in small groups with our Unity 4 coaches. Each session lasts 60 minutes and covers:
Warm-up & mobility – preparing your body, not boring stretches.
Strength & skill – learning safe technique for everyday movements (squats, hinges, pushing, pulling).
Workout – short, fun, scalable workouts you can do—yes, even if you’re brand new.
Cool down & Q&A – leaving you feeling better, not broken.
It’s all about mechanics first, consistency second, intensity last—so you’ll never feel out of your depth.
