Delete your account

In the app (quickest)

1. Open the Unity 4 app (or app.unity4performance.co.uk in a browser) and sign in.
2. Go to Me → Profile → Delete my account.
3. Confirm. Your account is deleted straight away.

If you still have a running membership or something owed on your shop tab, the app asks you to finish those first.

By email

Email hello@unity4performance.co.uk from the address you use with us and ask us to delete your account. We'll do it within 30 days and confirm by email.

What we delete

Your sign-in, name, contact details, address, emergency contact, profile photo, scores, PBs, goals, comments, fist bumps, notifications, saved card or Direct Debit (held by Stripe) and door codes.

What we keep, without your name

Payment records and class attendance (the law requires us to keep accounting records for 6 years) and signed agreements and health questionnaires (kept for 3 years in case of an injury claim). See our privacy policy.
